Arrange setting burs in order in a bur block. Write on the block by each hole the size of the bur. When setting stones, you will not waste time looking for and measuring the correct size bur.
Wood desired width and length ¾” thick.
1. Drill 3/32” holes ½” deep in a row ½” apart. Space rows ¾” from each other.
2. For setting burs write the millimeter size of the bur on the block. Then when needed, time is not wasted looking for the correct size bur.
Lay the bur block in the bottom of a drawer or attach a
leg to the bottom to make a
bench top bur block.
